CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that sometimes circumstances may arise where you may need to cancel your order. We will work with you to try to accommodate your request. However, in some instances, orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched from our warehouse.

In case you need to cancel an order, you may do so within the given timeline. In such a case, you will be charged a 2.5% payment gateway charge, and the balance will be refunded to the cardholder through the same payment instrument used to make the purchase.

Please note that certain products may not be eligible for cancellation. We will do our best to work with you to find a solution that meets your needs.

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

We understand that sometimes you may receive a defective product, or the product may not meet your expectations. In such cases, we will do our best to work with you to find a satisfactory resolution.

All products once sold cannot be exchanged, refunded or returned, except in the case of a defective product. In case you receive a defective product, please contact us at helpdesk@icreatie.in or call us at +91-9903492704 within 24 hours of receipt of the product.

We will assess the complaint of the defective product and, upon successful validation of the complaint, we will process your request for a replacement, subject to availability of stock. Please note that the product should not be used, washed, altered/tampered or soiled. The original packing, labels, tags, leaflets, manuals, warranty/guarantee cards, freebies, accessories, and should be intact.

We do not offer pick-up services for returns. Instead, we request you to courier the package yourself. Once we receive the product and a quality check is completed, we will process your request for a replacement.

In case, the requested replacement is not available, and we are unable to process the exchanged product, then a refund procedure will follow. If you have paid with a Credit or Debit card, you will receive a full refund, and it will reflect in your bank account/card/wallet in 4-10 working days. For Cash on Delivery orders, we will refund the amount to the customer’s bank account as per the details given by them from the same registered email id through which they have ordered at https://icreatie.in.
